I just want to say I'm obsessed with your videos. I recently starting playing around with polymer clay in the last 4months. That's how I stumbled accross your channel. You are my favorite by far to watch, some people I can't even stand to watch at all. I've seen all your videos. Some even more then once. You make me laugh and I love your work. Also I love your accent. I feel like I'm in the room with you which is why I like how you do your videos. When you laugh I laugh.

More power to you!!!! The videos I watch that are 10 years old the people say the same thing about not answering questions that are answered in the tutorial. So if people think you are being unreasonable for not responding to 100's of questions per tute or a week they are the ones being unreasonable!! Can't say it enough, don't let it bother you Deb!!!
Oh, no…nobody has said anything. I was just letting you all know what my intentions are. I’m sure, at some point, someone will complain that I didn’t answer their question, but up until now, I have been answering them. It’s just gotten too much…

Love those! Agree ,the white just doesn’t seem to have the same depth. For my cutters I’ve put them on a 4 sided rotating rack made from peg board. Each peg can hold a full set of cutters,and they hang nicely to view them all. Great storage idea with the sewing spool rack, hadn’t thought of that. I love to see storage solutions. Thanks for sharing! Can’t wait for the next. If looking for ideas…have you considered trying to replicate a seraphinite stone?

Hey, Deb - when you were talking about storage solutions for mica powder, I just wanted to mention mine. I bought two (since the first worked so well) K-cup coffee holders with drawers. Here's the thing: they're deep and the perfect width in each section so jars of mica powder (as well as glitter and embossing powder) fit side by side going back in each slot perfectly, and my second K-cup storage holds blades, brushes, etc. underneath. But what's also key is that the height is great and the size to put more stuff, like a lazy susan on top or be stored on a shelf that has an odd, low height.
I don’t remember ever talking about storage for mica powders 😁
Edit: I just realized what you’re referring to lol. Bear in mind this vid was over a year ago, and I don’t remember what I did/said, yesterday 😂
I must say, I’m loving your storage idea for mica powders, though. Hubby is gonna be renovating the basement,soon, which is where I have my craft area. He’ll be building me an actual craft room. When the time comes to decorating it, I’ll be getting all new shelves, tables, storage, etc. I may just steal this idea from you!

I made a blade holder out of UltraLite. I shaped it into a long rectangle, put the blades in about 2/3 of the way down (take off any non-bakeable handles), wiggled the blades a bit to make a smidge more room, and then baked the whole thing blades and all.

Do you find that the ink fades over time. I’ve found with resin pieces the ink fades quite quickly and you loose the colour. How have you found it when using with clay.
I can’t say that I’ve experienced that. I’ve got pieces that are several years old, and the color hasn’t faded. I can’t 100% say that it wont ever fade, though.
