I have been grinding it out here in Texas as well, they're not ready for the spawn yet and being little picky pecker heads.
I have had to hit chunk rock secondary ledges in 30 ft. To get a decent bite or deep crank a 6 xd in 18-20ft for buck bass..yeah the bucks in my lake are still holding in 20ft!! but pulled out a 6 pounder from the depths the other afternoon on a 1 1\4 oz football jig it makes it all worth it.

just a tip: don’t use a Texas rig if bites are light. Keeps he hook more exposed keeping the fish locked on.

Boat was anywhere from 25-35...depends on if I was 45ing the bank, or if I am really paralleling the juice I’ll get almost on top of the drop so I can keep that bait in the janky rock the entire cast 👍🏻

just recently started watching your videos and I'm "hooked". Should you ever get the chance to head up to upstate New york, you should defiantly hit me up for some awesome brook trout fish and cook. brook trout are only on average 6 to 10 inches but are the BEST tasting fish in new york state. I promise i will make it an adventure you'll never forget. I'll defiantly keep watching your videos in the near future.

You should definitely make your way up to Maine man. Tons of great places to fish. Lakes, creeks, rivers, you name it. Spring through summer is the best time and you don’t sound like much of an ice fisherman. Btw, great video!

Milliken just give you a suggestion you should come to Kentucky and Fish Lake Cumberland it has really clear water and there are a lot of rocks I have caught my biggest fish there a 5 lb Smallmouth

You are so right about the fish changing there. I live in the lake if he ozarks and you can pretty much only catch crappie for 2 weeks when they are spawning during April and then you have to net them for the rest of the year.
I fish stockten all the time i live by springfeild and ive fished there before but i caught a 4 plus pounder pretty close to where u fished the opening 2 minutes. In the gene larew salt crawl
