The Huawei seems to use a lot of sharpening. I really like the Pixel photos, and they are probably easier to edit: I find it much easier to increase a little bit the brightness of a darker photo than trying to do the opposite on a brighter photo. Thank you for this comparison!!
Great Video as always. Something to take note of. for Stabilization , because of the length of you camera stand, the phone in the beginning and end of your tripod (p60 and S23U) were shaking and wobbling. Stabilization aint horrible like that 🙌🏼
Samsung looks best to me, a little smoother in some parts but in a very good way. I own that and i can say that camera is fantastic especially the portrait mode with different focal length/ zooms. its like having a nice small sensor professional camera with multiple prime lenses in portrait. I have a very nice full frame camera and these phones are catching up in alot of ways. nice comparison
Great video! I had to grab a snack and some thought juice to watch it all. Overall, all three phones are pretty similar. The Pixel 8 Pro has a very cold color cast, the iPhone has a yellow tint, and I thought the 10x zoom video on the S23 Ultra was terrible. Did the trees on the iPhone video look a bit watercolor-like in some of the tests? I think the iPhone's video abilities are sometimes exaggerated, and some reviewers are afraid of upsetting Apple. I don't think any of these phones is a clear winner. If I owned any of them, I wouldn't be disappointed. However, I'm stuck with the S23 Ultra, and I've found that it oversaturates greens and can oversharpen at times. Also, the Galaxy zoom lenses are useless at night, and the Super Steady mode is too noisy in low-light situations. But ultimately, I'm happy with my choice. Like I said, I don't think any phone is head and shoulders above the others.
Yeah its strange that Samsung is so bad at night. Recently, a friend surprised me with iPhone 15 how well 10x zoom works at night. When I thought that phone can't do anything when it comes to zoom.
I own an S23 Ultra myself, and I use Picture Softening in settings Camera Assistant to eradicate any oversharpening in photos. Medium setting is all you need as High is a little too soft to my eye. Over saturation in photos and videos can be sorted in the onboard Editor. Just reduce saturation by @15 points in the editor and you will fine this gives you colours as your eye sees them. 10x zoom on the S23 Ultra looked bad in this test as the device was at the end of the four phone rack, which had insufficient stiffness throughout the horizontal plane. Someone else mentioned this in this comments section. This was unfortunate as stability on the 10x lens can be brilliant.

What an in depth review well done I usually look at alot of TH-cam reviews to see what a phone can do then buy but I’d feel comfortable buying based of yours plus your in the uk. And it’s wicked you do flash photography on human subjects as I still use the flash. 👍👍👍 a lot of hard work must have gone into this

I'm sooo done with samsung, i have galaxy s23 and a pixel 3 and funny enough my pixel 3 takes much better pictures by a mile and it's 5 years old, the only times samsung have modern pictures results are under sunlight but indoors you will have an old Nokia quality results I'm genuinely embarrassed by, i tried everything to fix it, i had galaxy s9 and s10 and s22 in the past and every time my curiosity gets the better of me hoping they fixed their image processing but i was left disappointed, but no more samsung for me forever I'm done with their shitty camera processing, i had a pixel 6 awhile ago and i was shocked how reliable their camera is that i used their pictures as wallpapers how detailed they were, please do yourself a major service and switch to Google pixels or iphone, all these reviews don't show the full picture of how painful samsung camera experience

I'm so much surprised how good is P60 pro. Especially in rendering sky. Colors are great and natural. Night photos and videos are another level. I can't imagine what if they could benefit 8 Gen 2 or 8 Gen 3. I nee to tell that S23 Ultra is more stable than in the videos. Also since it is at the corner, in sole scenarios the light changed the performance of the device. Could you try EXPERT RAW mode on Samsung. It takes the the night and day photos to pinnacle. I still choose s23 ultra. But I can't say any of them is better than all. I thank the soft teams for each devices. Great video

I don't know if it's my phone but many Apple fans say that the Samsung saturates the videos a lot and I find the iPhone videos equally or more saturated 🤔
In photography the Samsung is the most flexible, but the Pixel is better especially in night situations. The Huawei uses a RYYB sensor, instead of the usual RBG Bayer sensor. This means the Huawei sensor has better low light, but the colour balance is different. Samsung flash is poor compared to the others, and I own the S23 Ultra! Night mode is much better on the Samsung. Here is a strange thing I found with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and S20FE 5G, in post portrait editing when the Ultra was on One UI 5.1. The S20FE did a better job! The S23 Ultra has improved with update to One UI 6.0 and things have improved since. I follow another small London based TH-camr and it's nice to have 'local' talent. 👍🏾🤜🏿🤛🏿

I get the impression that the Samsung loose or not as secure on the gimbal compared to the others, when moving. In other videos the Samsung showed less jitters in other review videos. The iPhone selfie the best and most flexible, but I am not a selfie person. Overall the iPhone is the most consistent in video.
Bro If you wanna more subscribers, I would suggest, keep your words more complex and make intro for parts of video and Don't explain everytime how many zoomed or which option used in this part of video. Intro , Your opinions , intro your opinions. Also keep video test short . Trust me you will get significant short and explained video also subscribers 😉

Iphone seems not to switch to the telephoto lens sometimes, but pixel does it the best and looks even sharper than s23 ultras blurry 10x zoom
