It's always interesting to observe as a working pro how every day users rank what constitutes a "good image." It's mostly different than what we pros look for, but I do think these kinds of tests are great for the point and shoot market, which is the primary demographic these devices are targeted to. But yeah, the things you all say matter to capturing a great image aren't things professionals look for. 😂 The good news is that I (or most pros) could take any of these images and videos from any of these devices and work them into something useable for paid client work. So whatever device anyone gets, just know the capability is definitely there if you ever decide to take your mobile photography and/or videography to the next level. These devices open up a whole new tier of useability and quality once you take them under control in manual mode. The S23U's native camera app, in particular, has Pro modes for both photos and video with features found in pro-level tools. I'm going to wager the other devices have similar options and features. In short, all the things you flag as issues can be easily mitigated with manual exposure, and some basic principle know how about lighting and composition. Basic color theory.
The conclusion I came to, is you can't really go wrong with any, I'm s23 ultra owner along with a pixel 8 pro(anybody in the UK i.d mobile has a crazy deal on it)
