Hindi na iso and maraming division, kahit dito sa America malalaki na ang space ay ayaw pa rin nilang separated ang dining from the living, this is because you want your visitors to be directly interacting with the host of the house, plus it won’t be so claustrophobic Ang best bet mo ay ilipat ang pinto ng bathroom doon sa gilid ng stairway ( sa likod) and why? Kase if you have guests or u expected people coming in , people of the house would still have the privacy to get in and out of the bathroom, kaysa naman makita sila half naked by accident ecause your bathroom entrance is facing the house main entrance door. O offense again, medyo hindi masyadong pinagisipan ito ng nag-design ng building. At kung inilipat sana ang bathroom door doon besdie the stairway, the remaining space can be used as recharging area by the bathroom door, and the space under the stairway can have a built-in storage for your cleaning stuff for the house or even a small pantry ( canned food and other dry foodsupply like rice, pastas etc. Sa liit naman ng mga bahay sa atin, it is no longer necessary to have partitions, plus its an advantage in case a “ slippery finger guests” that you are not aware of ay magiging sagabal ang walang wall partition and magkakahadlang ito sa kanilang makakating mga kamot! ‘Diba? The T&B ‘s door should have been by the stairway plus it should have window inside, perhaps on the side wall for ventilation or maybe a sort of pipe or tubing that runs through the back wall under the stairway for exhaust or ventilation.
