TIP 2 : You should leave the lid on pot noodles and fold it back over the top after putting the water in. That keeps the steam in and the noodles get softer quicker.
Bring some pepperamis, bite them into little bits and chuck them in your pot noddle too

The Custard Cream is the undisputed king of the biscuits. They MUST be dunked.
I agree with Alex about the 'Meal Deal'. Slimey triangles of despair!
A couple of the lakes I fish locally have cafe's nearby who come down and take your order - Always has to be a bacon sandwich and cup of tea for me. Other venues - Tunnock's caramel biscuits, Pepperami (Also useful on the hook) and Snickers bars. Drinks - Monster Monarch energy drink on normal trips, when it's really hot I take the Monster Hydrosport Charge (Orange flavour), perks me up late morning when I have been up early.

when i go fishing with a few mates the best snacks we use is 4 packets of pringles and two cases off larger.. that way if the fishing bad ,then you can still have a good time ...and if the fishing is good you still have a good time
My favorite fishing snack is beer. Which happens to be good for the digestion also.

Homemade sandwiches, cheaper fresher and healthier.
Prefer hardboiled sweets eg lemon sherbets
Pot noodles are OK if desperate.
With the dry noodles, some countries actually do that but mix spices with it and tomatoes. Tasty snack
Of course when I try to break the custard cremes in half they snap but when Carl does it it’s like a wonderful glass of wine or a perfect cold fresh pint 🤣🤣🤣

Across the pond, I'd add dry fruit, jerky, and a good beer. My .2 cents
Even though it has to be cooked. Try Ben's original (uncle Bens) rice flavour of your choice and tinned stagg chilli, quick and easy bank side meal. Fills you up and keeps you warm in the colder weather.
Just so you know putting two custard creams custard side to custard side is called a "custard dream".
As a sea angler pressured by tides and time in most session it's not so easy to kick back and enjoy snacks but when I do get the time a peperami is one of the best. Most late night session end with a cheeky double cheese burger from mcdonalds on the way home.
I'll also add, surely a meal deal does not count as a snack? That's dinner lol. Pickled onion monster munch was a great crisp choice though.

This time of year it's hard to beat a can of soup/scotch broth and some crunchy bread. Put the soup still in the can (with the lid off) in a pan of water and bring to the boil simmer the water till the soup is hot enough for you and eat it out of the can. The water in the pan then makes a brew Of course.
PS take the label off the can or your brew is beggared ..... 😉

'Fridge Raiders' are a good snack too & possibly a reasonable Bait for Carp, Chup and Barbel.
I've never seen it tried out, but I bet they work. 'Pepperami' have also started making a similar product.

Pretty much a typical snack supply, but pot noodles are designed for the job. I also find a apple and a banana a sufficient healthy addition :D
Bonus point with haribo is you could use it on the end of a rig have used an have caught using but I agree on all of your selections

In South Africa we also eat loads of noodles bankside but as a snack LOL mostly we make a barbeque as much as possible.

i am almost 40 and never in my life i have eating a sandwich made by a factory slave.
i dont remember eating any pre-made dish except those factory made meat pies.
when i am on the road i sometimes get some bread and cheese for a quick DIY snack.

Every old head in America was yelling at the screen "It's called a Double Stuft Oreo and you dunk them in milk". Or if you're brave or crazy you buy Double Stuft Oreos and then do the double cream trick and it becomes a cookie so sweet and creamy that you go into sugar shock instantly, not for first timers.

I can't believe the luncheon meat is not on the list, half tin for myself, another half for the chub and barbel. You have to try the pot noodle from Asian, Chinese, Japan and Korean, taste much better.

Supernoodles are the best!… plus you can get supernoodles in the same pots too, so just as quick and useful, they are thinner noodles and have better flavour! 😁
