The reason why he lost is probably because he had to keep running back to the booth to commentate. That has to be tough.

Anything with Jeremy Jones commentating is gold to me. One of the most knowledgeable players/commentators in the sport today. Thank you for this upload.

Jeremy, that was a KILLER shot @ 1:30:45. I was waiting for Skyler to say, again, "You couldn't hit it any better than that?".
If there's one thing I would point out to the pool gods it is that shots like that ball in hand of Pagualayan's at the end of the game happen way too often. I don't know if you guys just back off the intensity when it's a 'gimee' or what, but it seems to happen far too often for the level of typical pro shooting. Somehow there needs to be a mantra that keeps this from happening.
Just watched a 9 ball match between Orcollo and the youngest Ko with a kick battle in the center that was NUTS! I was starting to wonder if either of them were ever going to make a mistake. It even went round robin one time to two shots that were basically exactly like two earlier in the battle. It was starting to look like they were nursing in balkline. It was GREAT!
Commentating your own, I can hardly wait.
Look at THAT shot, man, Efren would have a tough time executing THAT" LOL
Kidding aside, looking forward to it. Actually hoping you'll give some coulda woulda shouldas on execution fails.
Man, race to three against Pagulayan is brutal.
Jeremy "I hit that so so" Skyler, "You hit it good" Then it rolls in. Jeremy, "Yeah, better than I thought" Funny.
Jeremy, "I don't really remember" Give it another decade or two my man, you will look back and think your mind was a steel trap 'back when". Eventually it turns into more of a steel sieve, and one with rather large holes.
Don't feel bad Jeremy, nobody seems to know what those stupid colored balls are. What really frustrates me is they supposedly made them to show up better on 'TV', and if the 3 and 5 aren't on the table together, over the video it is sometimes impossible to tell which one is out. They're pretty good, other than that pair, but there are SO many colors left, I don't know why they didn't pick one for one of those. Seems like maybe hot pink for the red would have been good, and easy to remember, since it's just red with some white. I'd have to see that, too, but something.
I was watching another game and the commentator said something like yeah, don't leave Skyler a bank, because he WILL make it.
27 minutes in and it's 20 Pag. Looking at the monster time left on the slider I thought, must be gonna get interestin' some time here. :-)
Skyler's "Dang" when Pag overrolled up past the one sounded like 'I'm pullin the trigger here'.
Alex' final comment was funny. Hell of an effort Jeremy, sucks to loose like that, especially after the reprieve.

Self commentary should be what he was thinking about the shot, and not "I wonder what I will do here". I still like Jeremy's commentary since he's very good and knows a lot about one pocket and is always a pleasure to listen to.

Yeah I think we waited too long after the match before doing the commentary. Had we got to it sooner, he might have remembered more about what he was thinking at the time. Next time! :)
