Looks good but you definitely do eat sugar - maple syrup is sugar!
Maple syrup is an healthier alternative to sugar. It has more nutrients than sugar but yes, requires to be consumed in moderation.
Ahorn Sirup gibt’s auch ohne Zucker. Ketofreundlich! Der Sirup nicht die Kekse 😉
