- I'm taking Uwajima Unyu Ferry from Beppu to Yawatahama Japan. This ferry has exclusive ocean view suite. It may be a little too much for 2 hrs 45 min!

It's worth the price for luxury, but even I'm kind of disappointed that it wasn't an overnight trip. I wanted to stay longer on this voyage. 😊

Thank you, Solo Traveler. I've learned where many cities in Japan are from watching these videos. I know that Beppu has all the hot springs and you can see the steam rising from them when your ferry departs.
That suite is gorgeous, such a shame it was a short ride.

This is the second time I have seen this suite. Interesting the difference between a male and female view of the same room. She took it early, whereas you took it in the afternoon. Still, it costs way too much for the time that is actually spent on it.

To be honest, when you said the ship was named Reimei Maru, the first thing I thought to myself was, "I sure hope she doesn't stray into the Romulan Neutral Zone......" Space nerds know what I'm talking about. Regardless, another great video aboard a very nice ferry.
