    Liked the video before watching coz the thumbnail dish looks so inviting!!! 😂 How do you prep the dry kway teow, Somjit? I appreciate how you only put soy sauce on the noodles, making the veggies not salty and dark. This goes very well with sambal! 😁🤗🤩👍

      Hi Ino Dela Cruz, thanks for the support 😄 So far, I have not prepped dry kway teow as in Malaysia, we have easy access to the fresh ones. I do have dry Thai rice noodles, they may not be the same, but the method should be similar 😄 Stay tuned!

    Looks Good. Green a little large. Best cut bite size. I never like sesame seed oil on dishes unless wanton noodles (dry mix). Flavour too strong funny which difer from the ingredients natural taste. I would pre-season mix the noodles with dark soy sauce & light soy sauce knowing the right measurements for 1 serving. I would put the green vegetables after the meat, noodles, last bean sprout

    Do I need soak the kuey teow with hot water before cook?

    • @HomeCookingwithSomjit
      @HomeCookingwithSomjit  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @priyalatha8645. No, this is a fresh kuey teow, it can be cooking directly. If soak in hot water before cooking, it will be very soggy and not appetizing. If using a dried version of kuey teow, may need to follow the instruction from the packet if it need to soak in hot water or room temperature water and how long to soak. So far, I have not had a chance to cook dried kuew teow before. 😃😃
