It took me a moment to remember that Shotgun Red was from TNN (The Nashville Network)! My grandparents, who hailed from Kansas before moving to California, were big country music fans, so TNN was on quite often at their house. I want to say that's Monty Montana with Red; he was a fixture at the Pasadena Tournament of Roses for years. OK guys need help with the name of a particular toy and I’m just going to give a fake description of it so maybe you guys can remember The toy was a spaceship or future horrific earth ship or spaceship that you could buy with a gun handle underneath it and I think it came with an external sensor to plug into the television set while you were watching a video that came along with it and you could shoot toward the screen at the sensor and it would replicate hitting targets on your television screen What was the name of this toy and what show or cartoon was it promoting? The gun handle trigger was attached to the bottom of the ship, and I believe if you got hit your ship would react by ejecting the figure inside the ship or something like that
