Some nice spots to spend days or weeks. Jim in Japan here with my Isuzu camper. I have got my rig all sorted, went with portable solar panels for now. It is getting very cold here, I am thinking to head south in January for a month, my rig currently has snow tires so may as well get proper use out of them. My rig is a 2006 Elf with a 4.8 liter non-turbo engine. This engine gives me great fuel economy, and can get me up some very steep mountain roads without shifting down too much. It also handles really well, even with a 6 inch lift the weight is mostly down low. I went on two long drives last summer, one to the north and one to the south. I love driving it and for a single person it is quite roomy. In the back bed area I have a large portable fridge/freezer and a set of drawers with my clothes, plus lots of other storage. In the upper front bed I have extra storage too, my solar panels stay up there and it is a guest bed if needed. I got a 24V oven like yours and have a hookup inside and outside for it. I installed an A/C unit which is 100V but only 500 watts so can run on batteries for a short time. I will be making some videos of the rig soon and let you know, cheers.
Hi Tony, Thanks for watching, and we are glad you have enjoyed the series. We are good, and just finishing up on the Sunshine Coast area. Looking forward to finally heading North 😃. Cheers, Katty & karl
@@nowhereboundtouring - north for summer ??? Ha ha ha you are both mad -- heat and humidity! GVM + finished and collecting Monday. Heading to Vic for 10 days to run it in 👌
Loving that mega compressor of yours. Have you given it a name? Is it powerful enough to power a rattle gun big enough to get your truck wheelnuts on and off? A question about an issue from the truck review you did several months ago - did you work out anything to protect the front CV boots from impact damage? After all the questions, still loving your adventures 👍
Hi Andrew, The compressor can easily run a rattle gun. I’m loving it. All Terrain Warriors have guards all designed/drawn up and almost ready to make them. I’m just going to wait until they have them to purchase. Cheers, karl
Katty you should use the e bike so you don't have to run behind the truck 😁, karl they are a good air pump we saw your video on them and have just fitted one in our truck 👍
Hola de nuevo mis australianos favorito.. Aquí viendo conociendo y aprendiendo mas de su país su gente su cultura gracias x esos videos.. Como siempre un abrazo a la distancia desde San José Costa Rica 😀😎🙏💪
Is saw the same set up as u today travelling south on south rd heading south in Adelaide , but the rear sides on truck were shinny aluminium and the shinny aluminium along bottom off van , yours are black , u probably already know them 😀
@@nowhereboundtouring I don't travel in Australia anymore because of the rubbish and the wankers. The only place free of people and rubbish is my own backyard.
Great shots around the water, looked so tranquil. Loved the shorts by the way.
Hi Mike,
It is a nice spot. Glad you liked the shorts too.
👍
Another great episode, loved the bloopers.
Hi Tim,
Hope you are both well, and glad you liked them.

Drill sharpener for Karl under the tree in a couple of weeks 😂

All I have to sharpen them is my hand grinder. It would work, but may be a bit rough 😃
Great video

We have camped at The Maryanne. I think we had our van in almost the same spot as yours - it didn’t rain though!
Hi Brad,
It was definitely waterside…😀

Hi Derek,
The bike would work, but one day we will hopefully sort out a drone.
Did you get the same compressor from Dan, Jed air?
Cheers
Yes ,he was very helpful , got it posted to Adelaide 👍
That’s great. You will be smiling for ever…..every time you use it.

Hi David,
We are seeing a lot more trucks getting around, but Have not seen that one yet!
Cheers
Karl. Soon out of a job. There was a trial. Peak hour Melbourne, driverless truck. You could sit back and let a thing drive the truck
Oh no……. They can’t even get politics slightly correct, they have got no hope getting a truck to drive it’s self 😃😃😃😃
Hey just wondering when will the Moreton island trip be uploaded?
Hi Sean,
