WHY did they send one officer alone?! This situation could’ve been avoided with a backup. Our mental health issues in this country definitely need more attention.
The "Elderly Couple" @ 13;40 are correct in blaming police.... lol, often times the police are overzealous in the pursuit of some of these criminals. Many they know where they live but instead of catching them at home, they endanger everyone who's out on the roads at the time. Police need to have a plan that Ends Dangerous Pursuits >> there's an "AirPod Tag" that can be attached to a car & police know where the car is but do not have to chase them in traffic. Peace
