battle of the river? hmmm interesting but if they make a crossverse of Rome and Greece warriors against Medieval Warriors that will be awesome and Sad bcuz romans have small knifes and medieval knights have big swords
Huh, I wonder if that was actually supposed to be hard, but your veteran instincts just dominated the battle. With less men and a presumably inferior army composition, you’d assume that would be the case. Guess it’s just a: “How well can you use the troops given to you against a rabid charging AI?” kind of scenario. Going off topic: Prince, do you think you’d ever consider trying out this pretty old game called Myth 3: The Wolf Age? It has pretty similar mechanics to the Total War series albeit a little underdeveloped (Being older than RTW), and is indeed a real-time strategy game as well. You see, the game is reputed for being quite unforgiving in terms of difficulty, but I think you’d get the hang of it quite easily (Seeing as how you dominate these historical battles even on the hardest difficulty). Even if you don’t enjoy it and stop recording it after a few episodes is fine for me - I just want to put forward a suggestion for game which I believe would provide you with a bigger challenge, and quite possibly a fresh new perspective.
I hate these advert for the movie The Thinning. I am never going to watch the movie, youtube. What a stupid premise, a questionaire that test general knowledge is no real measure of intelligence, just a measure of your ability regurgitate information. Whatever application to prepare children for real challenges of life.
You made that look very easy. When I play, it's still a struggle and requires lots of effort! Our strategies are similar, though you have better command of the clicking and selecting.

I believe this battle was featured in a free-to-play demo of this game. This battle actually got me into buying Rome: Total War and other titles of the franchise to follow.

I get where yr coming from with saying you prefer playing with the losing faction in the scenario but I guess in this case with the power bar being against you at the beginning, playing as the Romans would have just been a walk over :p Not that this battle wasn't anyway :p

+Kahoolee the cav/elephants are a huge edge IMO.
True true, with those recharge capabilities as well it does make the battle a lot easier.
My favourite Historical battle, this Battle was in the CD demo of Rome total war "back when they existed" and its what got me hooked on TW ever since.
