Hi, thank you so much for your video. I am not a doll maker, but recently bought a newborn baby doll for a friend. It came with a magnet pacifier, but it didn't work, as the magnet hadn't been glued inside the head, and was freely rolling around in her head. So I am now, in the process of fixing this, so my friend can have her doll. Your video has been most helpful. 👍

@@emmabbyreborns341 Yes my friend loves to collect the newborn and toddler dolls, this one is a toddler, and I just couldn't stop looking at it when I saw her. As she looks just like my friend did when we were small, I showed her a picture of her, and she said it looked just like her as a child. Little does she know that I have bought it for her. I had incidentally already sent for the glue, which is identical to yours. I first met my friend when we were both 3 years old, and we have always throughout life been friends, and are both 60 this December! She would love to take up doll making, unfortunately for me, there are little crafts I can do these day's with suffering from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, my left hand can hardly grasp things, so I am unable to do my cross stitch, and card making these day's, I can just about manage to knit, so shall do my friend some new baby clothes, many thanks for your inspiring video!

So, you place the magnet on the inside lips? Then add the pacifier to make sure it is in line. And you glue the inside of eyelashes after you root to hold then indefinitely? Are you pressing down over the inside eye? This is so awesome. Thank you.
yes, magnet goes inside the head, right behind the lips. yes, you attach the magnetic pacifier to the lips to make sure the magnet inside the head is where you want it & aligned. Yes, I am pressing the felt down on top of the eyelashes to glue everything together (lashes to vinyl and felt to lashes and vinyl). You're welcome!
hi Hallie, I don't use putty on my pacifiers, but there are quite a few videos that you can reference here on YT. Just plug in "how to modify pacifier using putty" in the search field and you will get a lot of results.
Thanks so much for sharing. Quick question slightly unrelated but when I moved my guitar neck started to separate from the body a little.... It just needs some super strong glue so I was wonder with your experience with e6000 if you would recommend I use that? Love these how to videos!
you're welcome. about the guitar. if its an expensive guitar, I would recommend you take it in to a professional to have it repaired and not take any chances with it. if value is not a factor, try the E6000. you will have to join the two pieces together and clamp them somehow to help with the bond. you can probably get an inexpensive clamp at any hardware store. use a towel in between the guitar and the clamp to protect the finish. Good luck! Let me know how it goes ;o)
