@@bushlovesska Excuse me, dimwit, this person isn’t “sick” to have to point out the fact of that matter; as, this is a explanation. Unfortunately I lost my dad at 17, so watching this really made my heart ache. I wish he could be here to watch me grow up more. :( Rest well dad, I'll always love you.
What does that have to do with her wanting to get married? You can still feel like you need advice from your parents even at older stages. Or need a hug, or need something else from them. Life can take them away from us but that doesn’t mean we won’t feel the need to see them and spend time with them.
@Patrick Bateman No of course not, your kids can always get hug or talk. I'm talking about coming to terms with them being autonomous people who aren't reliant on you. Adults. Independent. Ready to make mistakes and take whatever crap life throws at them. Marriage is just another part of that journey of self reliance.

It's really common for kids to want to "marry" their parent or to get jealous of their parent having romance with someone. I think it's one of the most wholesome and adorable parts of childhood and a great sign that the parent is giving unconditional love, support, and protection ♥️

@@josephram1332no no no no no. Do not twist this sweet innocent moment with that man. When a child(espically a daughter) says they wish to marry their parent it’s due to an inherent misunderstanding of what marriage is and whta that holds. They see it as a loving relationship between two people who live happily ever after together(unless they had unfortunate circumstances or sadly grew up too fast). They do not really recognize the *romantic* love in that relationship compared to the *familial* love between a child and parent.
In a society that has an epidemic of absent fathers, these are the kind of positive father and child videos we need now more than ever. Men need more good role models. Precious moments. This are the best moments of a man's life ❤️
Dad raising her well
My dad passed when I was 9 due to a heart attack so to say I’m sobbing is an understatement
Love and strength to you 🫂
Things will get better soon.
The chances of your next day being worse are less then 0.1% so the next days will be better
I also lost my dad at a young age. It was a few weeks before my 11th birthday. I am now 27 and it’s still hard and videos like these still make me cry. You learn to move through life carrying the pain but it is extremely hard at first and it can still be very hard years later. There’s so many moments I’ve cried and wished my dad was here, even just in the last couple months.
I wish you all the best and I hope you find peace. You’re not alone. ❤
I’m so sorry that happened to you! :(
ooh so sorry for it, stay strong queen/king ✨✨💐💫
Any girl who views her father like this has an AMAZING DAD ❤❤❤
It's kind of creepy tbh
@@Joseph-zv2bn it’s really common for daughters to want to have little dates with their dads where they dress up. It’s not creepy lmao
@@Joseph-zv2bn how.. i can tell you never had a relationship with your dad
My dad is the best dad ever
@@Joseph-zv2bnyou obviously don’t know kids…. It’s not creepy it’s a compliment when an innocent child wants to marry their parent. They’re so young that at that age all they know is you marry a person you feel close and safe around and love. They don’t know the deeper meaning and are too young and innocent to comprehend deeper relationships at that age. So of course it’s not creepy if their brains haven’t even aged enough to understand what marriage is…
BEAUTIFUL FAMILY❤❤❤😊!!!
"Ues Daddie" ugh 😩
I used to say I’ll marry my dad when I’m older, it doesn’t mean that the child actually loved the dad in that way, it simply means they don’t quite understand what marriage means and loves their father in a healthy, unconditional way ❤
It doesn't mean they love them on what way? Its a child of course they wouldnt, kind of sick yous even have to point that out.
@@bushlovesska Excuse me, dimwit, this person isn’t “sick” to have to point out the fact of that matter; as, this is a explanation. Marriage typically means either somewhat platonic, or romantic attraction to another, so a child saying that they would marry a parent, is a tad misguiding; therefore, why they must elaborate.
@@bushlovesska sick 😭 shut up
@@bushlovesska YOUR sick and weird, they were pointing it out to the people who found that part weird

I want to marry a guy who talks to his daughter like this
It's would make me cry
So… you just want a guy who’ll be a parent and attentive to his children? That’s enough for you to now you’d be compatible with a man?
@@MellyMel1717 U act like it’s a common thing. It’s not. Not everyone is as attentive as this to their children (especially men). It’s just much more then that.
@@MellyMel1717 unfortunately it’s not common as it should be
@@davidstratton696 Did I say it was common or allude to such? 😐 No, I asked a clarifying question. Personally me… I ain’t fuckin’ with a nigga just cuz he’s a decent human being. 🤷♀️ We’d have to align with values, desires, ideologies, etc.
@@MellyMel1717 Yes u did by implying just cause someone is a parent means they are gonna be like this guy and be attentive. Not everyone is like this. It’s about liking someone for being a decent human being and not only caring for themselves and if they can treat their child like this then they certainly care for family. These are all important. The things u mentioned can be important too but if they aren’t a nice person (or at least not a complete a-hole) or gonna be attentive to a child then u shouldn’t be with them no matter if u share values or whatever.
Also y would u use that word in a comment? It’s gonna get deleted like it looks like it did already.
This make me cry bro😭😭
And you deserve a prince, when you sound and look like a princess. o:
Its not weird that she wants to marry her father because thats her first love and she doesn't see marriage as the kind of love that we do yet she just sees it as simple love and wanting to be with someone forever and in that moment she loves her dad and wants to be with him forever and thats so sweet and pure 😌❤️

you totally right!!! Got 2 nieces myself which grew up in front of me, i love them alot and they know it and take advantage of it!!! A the cutest way!!!!!

I'm gonna be real, I thought this was one of those "Hey Apple" videos and I was terrified for a sec.
Man, this hurt my heart. As a little girl I remember saying I wanted to marry my dad (I thought getting married just meant declaring you cared about someone a lot platonically). Unfortunately I lost my dad at 17, so watching this really made my heart ache. I wish he could be here to watch me grow up more. :( Rest well dad, I'll always love you.
My heart goes to you, little one. I'm sure your dad would be so proud of you :)

Hardest thing for a parent is letting go. Realizing that the little person you nurtured and protected doesn't need you,and shouldn't need you either.
What does that have to do with her wanting to get married? You can still feel like you need advice from your parents even at older stages. Or need a hug, or need something else from them. Life can take them away from us but that doesn’t mean we won’t feel the need to see them and spend time with them.
@@dannyoceanss fax bro
@@dannyoceanss this shows to always see your parents even after growing up since they don’t stay forever
@Patrick Bateman No of course not, your kids can always get hug or talk. I'm talking about coming to terms with them being autonomous people who aren't reliant on you. Adults. Independent. Ready to make mistakes and take whatever crap life throws at them. Marriage is just another part of that journey of self reliance.
respect and appreciate your parents as they raised you since you came out of the womb.
He is lucky man.

I remember being like 3 or 4 and saying stuff like this to my parents. So sweet and innocent
In the theory of sigmund freud, when a daughter has affection with her father it is called "elektra"
It's not so easy to be a good Dad when you weren't given an idea in your life of what that looks like. Thank you to all the good fathers putting themselves out there showing the world their love for their children!
