Where did you get the carburetor from?

The polished one came from Amazon. It was listed as a Moto-4 carburetor.

Is it normal for one of these to have noise coming from the clutch side of the engine it's like a slight rattle when the engine comes off idle but stops after

It could be the clutch engaging. They do make a little bit of noise from the clutch side. Next time we're out riding one, we'll film the clutch noise and post it for you.
