How good is badgers compared to mango/para? Ego'd is definitely a top 3 company in NA, probably behind Supple and Dropouts(?) Nice video anyway, i really like eu approach to wars.
Badgers lost on defense in 10-12 minutes and then got warcamped with 2 flags easily by Mango. Badgers outside the fort is also one of the worst in EU, they're good inside the fort tho.
People are reading too far into this war. Same way everyone in NA clowned para over that first war when they shouldn't have. Its obvious that the first war is a warmup, test the waters/see how the ping feels/see how the metas clash. Now if ego'd dont improve then its a problem, but ppl think just bc para didnt improve on NA that ego'd also wont improve on EU. Also, not sure why people are clowning them for losing to badgers bc if you really think about it para probably wouldve lost to the top 7-8 NA companies so its not that big of a surprise also i know you say it was just a meme and thats why they won the points but actually I do believe they played much better if you watch the vods theyre actually playing as an army and wipes were clean which was not the case in the first 20 minutes
I do hope that the NA guys improve and play better in the upcoming wars, at the end of the day that's all we want as PVP players (content), but as they are now I really don't see how they can win against Para/Mango.
This is mad cope. EU plays with the same ping that West players have on East. And Para still got farmed by Dropouts, which has half of their roster based in West. In any case, it's not even a meta/strategy difference. The Ego'd Frankenstein's roster simply failed to execute for the first 18 minutes of the war. However, you could see them improve before the battle even finished. This idea that Badgers "slipped" is silly. They lost two fights on B then A. They also almost lost B the moment before Willy decided to flute them. Ego'd has already done way better on EU than Para has on East.
Yes... They did so much better... While attacking tier 3 comp on EU while Para kept attacking the top 2 companies on NA... Thats like Para taking on Adeptus or idk ...😂
@@T94Rex Yeah, they did. They also adjusted strategies mid-war and it helped. I don't see the pessimism. It was a fine war all things considered. It's just too bad none of the West players could follow. (Well, actually, I think dex demon went to EU... he's playing 220+ ping from West. Lol.)
@@bellgrand youre right that West and East thing only applies to NA players. If you have players from UK or Germany on 150 Ping that automatically means, that ppl from more eastern europe wont have even higher ping than that :clown:
@@T94Rex The distance between Budapest and London is half the distance between SF and Chantilly. There are also very few intermediaries between EU and East, as well as more symmetrical up/down and higher bandwidth overall. This is not to say that there is no latency problem at all, but it's a lot less than any North American would have to deal with, especially if you're playing in EU from the US West Coast.
Farmer John has also exploited since the day the game came out. Not surprising to see him there. He even deletes the majority of his vods when he wins a war for this reason.
CAUSE U have to be rdy at 4-5 AM to play NA WARS as a EUropean + 150 ping so not every one is willing to show up to that (people have lives ) and they kinda need to pay with what they get ! this works both ways
