That's what I've been saying. The body colors are gorgeous and saturated, but the front and base get a more pastel version that kind of looks kind of childish, especially with the white bezels.

Not a glossy finish to the frame on the front. Most reviewers seemed to make this mistake. The glass covers the entire front. Run a finger from top to bottom and you’ll feel one continuous smooth surface.
I went into my Apple Store fully convinced that I’d get the green but once I saw the orange I was OBSESSED! Everyone I know is telling me yo get the green but maaaaaan I can’t get the orange out of my mind, gotta make my decision tomorrow :)

This, unlike my iPhone 12 Pro Max, feels like “old school Apple” where everything down to the packaging…origami box, ‘hello’ on the cover paper, color matching cables, stickers, box…it’s the little things, Apple…it really is. We got the maxed out one also (minus the 16 gig ram…that pushed the budget too far…and he isn’t doing complex graphics or gaming…so, hopefully its not the worst thing in the world.) We skipped the trackpad (I hate them, personally, he didn’t care) and upgraded the keyboard for the numerical one because he’s a numbers guy and likes those. The white bezel is pretty to me…I always got the white iPads when I could, and the chin…really…the whole thing looks like a work of art, seriously…it’s stunning. The orange is great, and I like how they used different shades for each color for different parts of it. Haven’t seen the yellow in real life…we’ll see later today!! Thanks so much, Karl! Thank you for your unboxing video. I'm a big fan of the colour orange and would say that the salmon colour is in the orange colour family. I'm kind of glad they chose that specific shade of orange for the front, because I think anything that leans to a true orange would be too distracting for me.
