Love II’s ability to use hybrid drumming. So many artists would just use a backing track for all those electronic sounds but he plays all of them. So so gooddddd
Looking forward to you reacting to Nandi Bushell's Drumeo video where she listens to Dio's Holy Diver for the first time and makes up her own drums for it. Kid is AMAZING!
Why is it sad to learn something new? I’ve been a metal guitarist since I was 16 (I’m 52 now) and have never once considered myself a finished product. Learning is living.
Very true! I was just astonished that I had never thought or learned to play something I've done before in just a slightly different but significantly easier way! 😂
The sound wont be very different, but it’s more about the convenience of being able to spin it back into a comfortable grip with as little effort as possible. This is an important thing to consider when you’re playing. Fewer wasted movements means faster playing and transitions.

he's just so technical
I’d love more II drumeo reactions!! Loved this!
Interesting, I was not aware of the beat on his leg
Yep and once that beat came back later in the song with the snare added, it all made sense. Why learn 2 beats when you could just learn one?
Seeing him drum in person a few weeks ago can’t compare to this video..he was so amazing🖤🫶🏻

The low bass intro to this track always reminds me of Bork - Hyperballad

Juz curious, what's the diff between hitting the cymbal with the upside down stick vs upright?

I don't know what type of music it is called, but can you do a review on an English song? I am not being mean or hateful. I love your reactions
