I used it, and it's OP. This is a must have for every BOH team. I used Moreel with it, and it did amazingly.

I think Parting Gift is finally useful for a set, and I mean this set, because the other Icigool abilities just do nothing when the Soulburst is active, so if your Icigool somehow dies before Soulburst, you will at least do some damage with Parting Gift

I was thinking of using a brawny sluggish set for extra speed during bane of hase, because that can help out a ton when faced againts even slower opponents, and maybe even get minimum speed ups also might be a good idea for this set. Everything else except for the ability is the same for me
I didn't have frost beam because I didn't have enough bt (battle tokens) and the blind spot batter is because I didn't understand pvp at the time

132 base m atk the Crit didn’t matter for the first one but the second one I think was a lot more bulkier

the reason icigool's SB move didn't work is because it isn't perfect accuracy like all the other soulburst moves. why? no idea, tbrad might've messed that one up because its weird that icigool is the onyl one that can miss (because of dodging moves)

Recommend running brawny sluggish for bane of haste but honestly you underspeed everything else so your fine (unless your against another that’s sluggish)

and 0 UPS
