This is how you change the mmt6 (6 speed) manual transmission fluid in the focus ST / RS!

Remember to remove the fill plug first. Otherwise how will you get the fluid back in.
Thats explained in the video as this is the other way to do it, the other video shows the fill plug above drain which i dont use to fill it up as explained. There are 2 ways to fill the transmission and the easiest way is option 2 if you have the intake removed, less messy.

Yea its all good man, not many know about the 2nd option of filling the transmission this way. No mess, i typically remove my fill plug tho but these are explanation videos.
I have to take my gusset bar off to get to the drain plug smh. So there are two fill plugs on the trans ?
Yea the secondary fill plug is on top of the transmission near shifter arm, its the same style plug as down below, for me its easier to fill their because it wont make a mess draining out when full like the normal way.
Where you get the magnetic drain plug?
M16x1.50 is the size. Get mishimoto or something in that size.

Yea sounds weird but its worked great for me, both are made for manuals. I find it better and smoother than any specced dct fluid made.
