Hi thanks so much for the great videos i am learning so much, i wish to start an ice cream biz in south america and i was wondering what your opinion is on the cookie type of edible cups and containers such as the traditional cone and the edible basket? thanks ;)
Uyuni, I think they work well, but some do not hold the ice cream without drips. If you need another cup or container underneath make sure you calculate it into your food cost
