Wow. I didn't realise the detail. Rikimaru's sword is straight, it's a ninjato, but the samurai swords are curved. Nice a little attention to detail for a 24 year old game :D
I played the crap out of some tenchu with my friend when I was younger. It would be awesome to see an updated game. Not so much a remake though. We got plenty of those.
Imagine if they remake this and the first mission we got after the training is Scouting mountain Bandit with Ayame & Tetsumaru, then we worked together to eliminate the Bandit & rescuing the locals.

This Tenchu has the best storytelling and voice acting IMO.
It has the best everything...it is the best stealth game in the PSX, way better than MGS.

Tenchu 2 had the most soul
Tenchu 1 best music; Tenchu 2 best color, best locations, and best story; Tenchu 3 best controls, atmosphere, and music

Interesting suzaku says a lot of the same lines from Tenchu 1. I never realized before.

The best way to finish a boss fight in tenchu two with no damage is to carry lots of smoke bombs and grenades
