What does Climate Change have to do with this story? If this plant has been around for millions of years, do you honestly think that plant is endangered because of the climate??? When the climate changes based upon periods of the earth???

Seriously? So you honestly think that trees will remain where they are today thousands of years from now if we killed their ecosystems? Just to remind you. There were trees whose kind have lived for over 2 million years in what became the Sahara desert in Africa. They grew in places where our ancestors used to live in alongside our ancestral giants who were as trees and taller than giraffes. They are all dead now and the soil died where the trees used to grow in. That was recorded in paintings as an historical fact. That is the reason why we started to migrate to Nigeria from Kemet and then the whole of west Africa 25,000 years ago. So climate change has got everything to do with it family.
Our ancestors were tasked with the conservation of the natural environment and to chose one animal each to conserve and never eat it even if we starve to death, this was so serious that it was incorporated into our religion and existence on earth. My family conserve 3 ancestral animals for over 25,000 years.
I don’t practice the religion, I would rather die than hurt or eat any one of these animals we have symbiotic relationships with. That is one of the code and laws of my ancestors since the last global warming. We learn this as children even when we are born in the city. We exist in nature and not the other way around us indigenous Africans. That is the way. Not the way of the coloniser who are a race of babies. They kill the earth then learn from us then do the things we do that they laugh at us about. Remember that.

@@alvanalvino Ah hem, everything you said SOUNDS Good. Unfortunately, the people who FUND the CLIMATE CHANGE MOVEMENT worldwide, are the same people who have been behind moving down whole forests for market. They want YOU and ME to be concerned about Climate Change, while they continue flying and driving as they always had been.
And, left to them, YOU Will NOT BE ALLOWED To access those natural regions anymore, if their plans continue.
Now, for the Sahara, that was not a natural occurrence.
So, what I said before, I still say.....The Climate Change is political hype to make governments enact policies that will lead to DEPOPULATION (as the end goal). Those people never cared about the earth. They are trying to mine human beings as we speak.

Nigeria have great potential, but corrupted incompetent leadership is the major set back since her independent till date, however if the country can go back to regional government things will turn around for good, so each region govern and develope herself and pay taxes to the federal government, just like European governments, this USA type of government will never take Nigeria no where, because its only USA knows how to practice thier presidential systems of government, even first world like Europe refused to copy presidential systems and corrupted incompetent Nigerians politicians copy what they don't even know how to implement. Brother your are doing fine to market the country just like many young Nigerians like you, but Nigeria biggest problem is those corrupted incompetent individuals that have hijacked the country and keeps setting her back.

No we cannot go back to regional, every damn one of us are corrupt and selfish. It'll work if we had such years years back not now.
