I would say in terms of the positioning of the camera, move the camera a bit further back away from you and raise it higher. Right now you are looking down at the camera, make it level with your eyes in'shaa'Allah.
The exposure of the camera is a bit high. I think your settings are on automatic mode. Change it to manual and play with these 3 things: ISO, Shutter speed and F/stop aka aperture.
The aperture is the eye of the lens. The smaller the number the blurrier the background, which looks more pleasing so I'd recommend going for smallest number. It might be 2.4 or something for you, I don't know which lens you are using. Even though the number is small, physically the eye of the lens is basically fully open which means it allows more light to enter the camera. This might make your video overexposed/too bright. So to counter that you play around with the shutter speed. Maybe 400 would be okay, I can't tell it depends on location and natural light availablity. Change that around and see what happens. Lastly, ISO, is how sensitive the lens is to the camera. In bright conditions, 50 or 100 is best (depending on the camera). In dark rooms you need higher levels of ISO to pick up the colour. I think 50, 100 or 200 should be fine as you have plenty of light.
In terms of white balance, which people are saying it looks yellow. Keep the setting on automatic; the camera is usually smart enough to pick the right temperature/colour of the surrounding. I think the colouring looks off because all of the settings are on automatic. But, if despite the changes it still looks yellow on automatic, you can try the other options and see which one looks best.
With regards to extra lighting I think it definitely will add more value aesthetically. Some people get a ring light and you can see the catch light in the eyes which tbh I think looks odd haha. I'd recommend getting a softbox, maybe an octagon. Some ideas here: www.amazon.com/s?k=softbox&ref=is_s
Hope this helps in'shaa'Allah. Wasn't gonna comment but here it is haha. So happy you are changing your setup in the videos. Didn't particularly enjoy the Memphis centre wooden background, was thinking please paint it or something. 😂 But the other background with white or grey looks awesome.👌
Thank you for this video, also. Based on what's been happening recently, I think it's made some of us question who is right or wrong. And whether we should watch you or not. I personally learn a lot from you and I love the level of detail you go into things. This whole controversy made me uncomfortable, but this video helps me to understand, at least, that there are differences in Islam and it is OK to question things. That's how we get better. Especially in the Pakistani culture, people blindly follow and don't realise why they do what they do and very quickly start attacking others who have different views.
May Allah reward you immensely and keep you firm on the straight path. Ameen.

Although the brother who commented above already did a great job at suggesting improvements to your setup, I would like to add to it that from what I am seeing the space behind the camera may make it a little challenging to get the view comfortably far enough. You can either search in the settings for 'wide-angle view' or you can purchase a wide-angle lens to mitigate this issue.

Dear Sheikh, with 10+ years of experience in photography and cameras, my small advice regarding your setup is to check your White Balance in camera before you start recording. The temperature of your video is high which is making the video yellowish. If you reduce it too much it will become blue. Kindly tune in to the right white balance before you record so that your skin tone is in the right color in the video and not too yellow or blue. Hope it helps.

He blames the scholars themselves for not being connected to the everyday Muslims, and then proceeds to foster this disconnection and cement it, instead of repairing it & advising the Muslims to return to their scholars, which would be quite easy for an articulate student of knowledge who truly wants to help the Muslims improve their condition.*
*With the real scholars out of the picture, it is just as the Prophet predicted, they give fatwaas based upon ignorance, whilst they are misguided themselves, leading others into misguidance.*

Growing up within and still being surrounded by a non-Salafi majority, I can very much relate with Shaykh YQ's current stance towards aqeedah and bidaah..in the sense of sticking to the safer Salafi positions but taking it easier (not going all "bidaah!!", but make a point of not joining in) on other people who don't for they may have plausible arguments for what they believe in - they're just following tradition mostly albeit backed by some Shaykhs. However, IMO it would also be safe for the Shaykh to not going as far as saying the Sahaba would never be able to this or tha; I do get and agree with the point being made but it is just safer and more readily acceptable to go with something along the lines of "it was never known" rather than boldly stating..

It's actually so sad how they can't recognize the different contexts or different questions being asked. Shaykh, I appreciate your courage and open mindedness to engage them. But what they do is exact opposite, they assume he is making those claims to lead people astray and they are causing doubts in the minds of sincere Muslims. And if you were to listen to everyone there wouldn't be anyone we can benefit from because everyone went astray according to them. We should correct ourselves in this matter as Muslims. Only thing it does is it gives excuses to our enemies to point fingers to Islam. The point about the Christmas was really a great example how others get confused about the sayings of Brother Yasir and how they do not understand his explanation .because there is a difference about a Revert and a Muslim Family . Really nicely done Brother. Surah Luqman 15 and Ankabut 8

You can’t go and stay in a gathering be it family one or otherwise where religion of Allah is mocked as is happening in Christmas gatherings where alcohol is abundant ,music is played loud , free mixing gender as well .

Sheikh Yasir you have invested so much time and effort to gain so much knowledge and probably the most educated in deen and duniya from some prestigious universities. You benefited thousands of people listening to you especially the intellectual Muslims as you go deeper in your explanations. I have learnt a lot from you over the years. Especially on topics other sheikh barely touch such as Islamic Finance etc.
So these people challenging you are just bored or jealous of you. I would not imagine a reputable practicing Muslim waste time making childish videos about your “brilliant intelligent lecturers” so just carry on with your brilliant work. Allah bless and protect you from evil eyes.

Assalamu alaiykum Sheikh Yasir. What I'll say in terms of the camera setup at least is to position it a bit further away than just in front of your computer (e.g. - to either the right or left side of your computer or any angle that allows a fuller perspective of the room and yourself into the recording, with you being in the centre of the frame). May Allah reward you for all that you do, and forgive any potential shortcomings.

Jazak'Allah shaikh, this would be a beautiful mode of communication please do continue. Try to keep the camera a little higher maybe so that you don't have to look down and can look directly straight. It'll be a subtle change but it'll add on to the production quality InSha'Allah. Really looking forward to these series of videos!

    Also your seerah series.

If you are releasing videos at a certain time or on a certain day of the week and continue to do so without fail on a regular basis it will show your dedication to the show and sincereity to the listners in that if they are here for you, you will be there for them with a product to the best of your ability worthy/beneficial enough for them to spend their valuable time.
