Hey man! I am looking to get into CrossFit but I will be doing it at home. I’m not sure how to properly program the workouts having never done them before. I was wondering if you offer programming?
I have started doing some Crossfit programing for me and my girlfriend, I think the program is pretty good but I know it could be better. Would there be anyway I could send you the workout plan and possibly give me some tips or corrections?
great Video. what do you say to People that critize that 1 hour of Crossfit per day is not enough to forge elite Fitness? a Little bit of skill or a small strength part and a 12 Minute amrap might no be enough in the Long run? is there a bias for boxes to still promote this idea, so that they can stick to the "come one hour a day, but then leave quickly for the next class to begin"?
I have members that have been coming to the hour classes for over 5+ years and still improve their max lifts, as well as their 1k row. If you want to compete in the sport and truly be elite, then it takes more time, focus, and energy. However for the 99% of the people in the gym that want to be stronger, healthy, and look good naked, an hour of fitness is all you need. The other 23 hours should be spent focusing on nutrition, mobility, and getting a lot of sleep.

go to Crossfit invictus dot com. they have 2 free programmings, Fitness = beginner and Performance = intermediate.
