i'm wanting to buy some sunglasses on the site ssense.com but skeptical to its item authenticity because of their bad reviews relating to customer service and some reviews stating item they received were fake. my question to you is have you had any experience shopping with that site?

One question when you are unsure of sizes and have to buy more than one pair which other sites have a good return policy? I.e. Sometimes I'm between sizes shoes 37/ 37.5. Also you mentioned that sometimes you'll sell your gently utilised items where do you do this and which sites do you trust for people selling their used goods and how do you know what your buying is authentic? Hopefully you can do videos on these subjects too, would appreciate it. P.S really look forward to your review videos!!!

Good Morning! Its a smooth transaction. DHL will call you prior to delivery, how much you need to pay for import duty and Vat. Basically its door to door. You hand them the fee for the computed Customs Tax, you get your package. As of now, no delivery to our country. I wasnt able to purchase during the Easter sale. Stay safe!
@@kathleenlim3461 My apologies, very late reply. I didnt see your message. Anyway, I really dont know how to compute the sequence. VAT for goods is 12% plus you pay import duty, which I also think its at 15% for fashion/accessories. If package is less than 10k pesos, its VAT exempt. Roughly around that percentage is the cash amount we hand to DHL/global courier.

Wonderful Share!!! I ALWAYS have anxiety when I go onto these sites. I also know why. My first experience was traumatizing as there were so much to see and before I knew it my search tabs had a dropdown box.🤦🏽♀️ And the last time it was extremely hard to organize as I'd wanted the best price, right color & size as they were different on each sites.😵 But two things I know for sure,
1. They have EVERYTHING
2. You HAVE TO act fast during the sales.

i did multiple times and i love it. i bought a bag, shoes and they all come with receipts and authenticity cards

Bad experience shopping on Matches Fashion, so I do not recommend them at all. I spent 1550 euro plus shipping on a YSL bag, and when it arrived it had been used/damaged/smelled like perfume. Matches didn't include the return invoices for customs (which is now required since they are in the UK and because of Brexit), which caused me to not be able to return it before traveling (went on a 7 week trip right after and didn't have the invoices to send it off before I left). They offered an offensive 30 Euro in compensation as I became stuck with the bag. Avoid them at all costs. I'm sharing this everywhere I can.

Luisaviaroma and farfetch include taxes and duties in the price. Mytheresa does not so you do have to consider that when ordering from them.
Zawadi Boustcha mytheresa does include shipping and taxes too! I ordered a balmain blazer and got 10%discount by using their app and taxes and shipping were included in the price.
Yinglin sorry I should have clarified, with the other two sites when you view the item the price you see is the final price with taxes and duties in your own country currency. With mytheresa you have to factor the currency exchange and duties on your own. I live in Canada and if you order from mytheresa we get a duties notification for the items ordered. With the other two sites you don’t it’s all taken care of for you upfront with no additional cost once the item is shipped.
Zawadi Boustcha when was the last time youplaced an order with them? They have changed that! I live in Shanghai and placed order last week. No addditional charges nor notificationss, price you see is site is all included now which is so much better.

Late reply but I purchased a bag from this store a few weeks ago. The moment I opened it, the bag did not look right to me. I had it authenticated by two third party authentication services and both said it was counterfeit. Fortunately the returns process was very easy and I got my money back.
