Adenomyosis क्या होता है?
महिलाओं में जब uterus के muscle का thickness बढ़ जाता है तब इस condition को Adenomyosis कहते है। यह muscles जब periods के time पर expand होजाते है तब महिलाओ को दर्द महसूस होता है जिसे dysmenorreha कहते है। इसके अलावा दर्द के साथ साथ heavy bleeding भी होने लगती है जिसे mennorhagia कहते है। इसके चलते आपकी period cycle बढ़ जाती है, heavy bleeding होती है और दिन में 5-6 pads change करने पड़ जाते है।
Time के साथ साथ Adenomyosis बढ़ता जाता है और इसके symptoms severe होते जाते है। ऐसे में कोई भी ऐसी दवाई नहीं है जिससे हम uterus के muscle की thickness कम कर सके। इसके बदले आपके डॉ आपको जो दवाई देंगे वो आपके symptoms को कम करने के लिए देंगे जैसे दर्द कम करना, heavy bleeding कम हो जाये।
What is the best treatment for adenomyosis?
इस दौरान जो दवाई दी जाती है वो कुछ time के लिए ही दी जाती है। जैसे painkillers, periods आने पर जो दर्द होगा तब दी जाती है। इसके अलावा birth control pills भी दी जाती है जिससे heavy bleeding कम हो जाएगी और uterus कम push करना चालू करेगा जिससे कम दर्द होगा।
ये medical management एक साल तक दिया जाता है और वो आपके डॉ आपसे detail में बात करते है। इसके अलावा ये बात जानना जरुरी है की चाहे किसीकी उम्र कितनी भी हो लेकिन अगर किसीको unreliving Adenomyosis है यानि जो ठीक न हो, तो ऐसे में बच्चे दानी को निकलना पड़ता है। ऐसा तब ही करते है जब आपकी family complete होगयी हो।
तो जिनकी family complete होगयी है और उनको Adenomyosis है जो medically manage नहीं हो पा रहा है तो उन cases में surgery ही एक last option बचता है। surgery एक दम safe option है और सुबह surgery होती है और शाम को डिस्चार्ज हो जाता है।

Agar 43 ki age ho aur ye problem ho to kya menopause hone tk contraceptive pills le sakte hai.
Kyonki heavy bleeding se blood bahut km ho gaya hai. Kya krna chahiye please suggest.
