Is this how a video wall touchscreen overlay will also be installed? I am concerned that the double-sided tape will not be strong enough to hold a very large overlay.

Yes, though we recommend using better tape, such as 3M VHB if installing a larger overlay.

Yes, but you may need a custom size if the image ratio is not 16:9.
