- Hello Everyone. I am making this video with a very heavy heart. I don't like defaming brands and try my best to resolve as much as I can but this time it got out of my hands. I have shared my worst experience with Bagallery and their customer services representatives. They tried to scam me as much as they could and got away with it sadly. I am sharing this video so anyone else doesn't get scammed by them like I did.
I ordered from bagallery, they sent me wrong item. I complained on given address and number but they didnot respond. I tried to contact them on social media to inform them about my complaint, then they delete my comments, they are soo irresponsible, please don't order from them, they nevr take responsibility.
I wonder how are they still operating. So sorry for your loss

Jab complaint ki to kehte hain ap dobara order krlain. Matlab product pass thi unke lekin they wanted me to order again on higher price.

Yes you are 100% right. Once i orderd two trousers from sapphire and one facewash from saeed ghani worth rupees 70 and they sent me only facewash first and took the dilivery charges 200 with it. And then after 15 days i contacted them and said that i did not received the trousers from sapphire, they said ma'am we don't have stock for the trousers.
They took the 200 dilivery for the facewash worth rupees 70 only.
I mean i have paid 270 rupees for the facewash only.
Thanks for the comment. It really helped us out. Same thing happened with a friend and I told her don’t accept until the main order comes. She rejected and asked them for main big order and they said it’s stocked out.

Same. Online main ghatiya maal bhejty hain. Jo log khud earn krty ya save krty unko zyada feel hota hai. 5k mazak thori hai
I had similar bad experience but thankfully not this intense. One of the items was missing in the package. I mailed them. I called them. Every time I explained my problem to the agent he would assure me that I'll receive a voucher of that worth and after few hours they would mail that you didn't respond to our calls. And it happened so many fricking times. They never called. I was the one calling them and then they would act naive. One of them even made me wait for a whole evening saying he'll call back after 5 minutes once he "looks into the Matter". He bound me to be available on the phone and didn't even call back!! Pathetic attitude!! Pathetic service!!

Same happened to me they post an offer buy one get one free and they deliver one product on the amount of two and its been almost months I'm complaining and in the end they said sorry we can't do anything
Their pre order kind of thing is not good. We pay and then wait for items to come but eventually they cancel them . They have cancelled many items that I ordered.

The dlvry man said the same that ye ap rakhain mujhe pay krna prhega warna. Maine unko call ki they said k ap ne do dafa order Kiya hoga humari side se ghalti Nhi hai. Or phir they said k hum apko is k return mn vouchers dedainge taa k ap shopping krlain usse or aisa kch hua hi nhi kbhi :))

This same thing happened to me!!! Mera total 5000 ka order tha.. 3000 ki cheezein phly ayeen... Then 1500 ki 2 din Baad...usmein bhi chezien missing thn.. Phir 1 haftey Baad teesra parcel aya 4000 ka😂 I was shocked... Key 4000 kesey... Phir mainy order box pr description dekhi usmein woh items bhi thy Jo mujhe phly hi delivered hochukey thy.. then I said to delivery boy yeh sab achuka hai meray pass.. he said ok.. phir 1 Mahiney Baad jaker remaining items ayen hein... Ajeeeb ab Meri tauba mangwaon kuch bagallery sey😐😐😐

SHEIN ki cheesain cheap quality ki hoti hain aur internationally Unki price bhi bohat cheap hoti lekin yahan py look 10 gunah qeemat mangty hain. Yeh jewelry jo 1000-1500 ki hoti hai actually uski qeemat 150-250 ya zyada bhi 500 hoti hai.

Is bagallery selling original the ordinary? I have bought vitamin c 23% suspension from bagallery but not feeling the tingling sensation and the glow result with it. This is my 2nd tube . 1st one was ordered from some other site. This is making me feel suspicious of their authencity . I have ordered huge products from them CeraVe , the ordinary etc

I ordered 3 articles from sapphire two shirt pc and one two pc suit. As I payed online I received 1 kurti and other 2 PC ek hi sth mgr the remaining shirt abh tk nh hoi receive or deadline 24 march ki thi idk what to do now also I have the ss of my confirmation of order. When I tried to track my order it keeps telling me that you entered wrong order number or wrong Gmail even though I have the screenshot of the order confirmation which includes order number and Gmail id.
Your items might have been out of stock. My sister ordered and same thing happened to her. Upon asking on email they told her there is some glitch on website but the items she ordered are out of stock. Do let me know if you received them or not.

I had a pathetic experience from them too. Didn’t send me the products that I ordered and complaint bhi fulfill ni hui. I was getting married in those day so I couldn’t make a video or share review. They have huge amount of reviews for selling fakes and dupes too

Hello Maam I would like to say kay meinay bagallery say order kia almost 10 to 12k kay order...aur unhoonay mujhay product bjha jo kay used tha....I emailed them thrice aur unhoo nay koi response nahi dia aur phr unk customer service representator ki call aein jab meinay usay maslah btaya tou one cancelled the call aur dosrey nay shayad mera number black list kia wa....rider nay mujh say 5 hazaar 300 rupay liay hai...halakay mera order srf 4 hazar 7 soo ka hai .....Abhi I feel scammed and this is what happened to me.....abhi I don't even know what to do.....

Check for small instagram pages. People have complaints from all of these. Some say they are original and some say they aren’t. I got my niacinamide from Baggallery it was original
