In this video you see highlights of the village of Kaysersberg on our road trip on the Alsace Wine Route.
Kaysersberg is one of the many charming little villages along the Alsace Wine Route in France.
The village is located in the very attractive Weissin valley surrounded by vineyards and the river Weiss flows by the village.
Kaysersberg Castle is Kaysersberg's most famous sight on the hill right next to Kaysersberg and the castle tower offers a good view of the village and the entire valley.
A significant landmark of the village is the Sainte-Croix church built in the 13th-15th centuries. Next to the church is the sweet sandstone fountain of Emperor Constantine.
Along the main street, there are wine cellars, bakeries, restaurants and cafes, as well as small shops that sell local pastries, sweets, cheese - everything was nice to explore.
