So wait what’s the point of sunflower oil if you’re just gonna boil it with water and then fry it afterwards? The rosemary would infuse into the oil if it was added after the water was removed, boiling it just removes the flavor and gets thrown out with the water
Sunflower oil does not allow the potatoes to stick after the water has evaporated, the whole aroma of rosemary rises, since the water is not drained, but evaporated. Again, you can change the recipe at your discretion, I give recipes the way they taught me.
