Sometimes you need meds but in much lower doses. I am American and lived in China 12 years. Having an M.D. and Ph.D. Most often they gat one of those degrees in America, Japan or other major nation. This guy is just as educated.. I find similar people in America. They are rare in so many ways, including being often better. The Chinese immediately greatly reduced all my meds and with work and caring, they figured out how to reduce and of course diet and all that. Big Pharma does not give the huge amount of kickbacks over there but they do sometimes give lots of kickbacks in the U.S. to many docs in America. Yes China has problems as does any nation. Live where you wish to. I like being in different countries and always did. To each his or her own. Take care and have a great life.

I now have itchy head and neck. My abdominals are sore to the touch and at least 1 a week I get swelling in GI tract and bad pains.I had symptoms of kidney disease and stress but nephrologist said kidneys are 100% GFR.My CRP is 50.5 and she is thinking of an MRI after these labs come back

@@escapingbabylon8730 it sounds like you have several things going on. It’s probably not a bad idea to get an MRI but conventional docs say everything is ok but intuitively you know they are not. I’d look into a Functional med doc. It’s expensive but in my case they found several issues! I broke out w skin issues which one doc said was psoriasis and another one said it could be candida which i was found to have. Still, it may have manifested into psoriasis. I developed red patches all over my arms and other places and my scalp burned and itched at times and then had horrible dandruff. I’ve now been on a strict diet -gluten free - no sugar - no processed food for 1 month and a GI protocol of supplements for two weeks and my scalp is returning to normal and I have more energy! I always feel better when I am in Thailand. I am born and raised in Texas. Every day life is easier with less stress, at least for me. When there I eat local, no 'western' food. I stay near the sea, south of Bangkok, and walk more. My fingernails grow stronger and are clearer every time I am in Thailand. Am waiting for quarantining to end so I can go back for at least two months, with maybe a side trip to Malaysia. Good luck

@@aussiekiss4673 The reason you can’t handle the water there is because your system is too “clean”. The locals don’t get sick from it, but the tourists do. I lived in Thailand for 2 years. The locals could eat stuff I couldn’t because we’re too sanitary in the west. My microbiome couldn’t handle what theirs could. An example of that would be the raw crabs they put in the papaya salads. The tourists can end up in the hospital if they eat it, the locals thrive on it.
The main thing you notice when you get to Thailand from a western country is that Thailand is “dirty”. There’s dirt and grime everywhere. Westerners cringe over a lot of their unsanitary conditions there, but that’s the very thing that keeps them stronger and healthier than us and keeps them out of the hospital. I accidentally drank the water in Cambodia on a visa run and was hospitalized for a week. I almost died from something that’s harmless to them. 😔

Explore the wide variety of fresh produce you've never eaten. Eat more beets and winter squash, fresh greens and broccoli. Stop the sodas and lessen the amount of coffee. Cut the sugar burden completely. Find hobbies and interests and stay out of the kitchen. Good luck.

As soon as you use toothpaste, you destroy the good bacterias in your mouth. And your diet sucks, so you get lesser nutrients, so your teeth get attacked. Together with the toothpaste every day, you create bad conditions like 'plaque' and receiding gums. The brush is to hard and damages the gums and teeth.
The food we eat mostly is putting a bad film in your teeth.
You should only use a soft brush and brush correct, without this toothpastes with abrasive toxins and fluor and other adds.
The correct foods also prevent tooth plaque film and give nutrients to the teeth and gums, roots.
Rootcanals surgery/cleaning also create big problems and infections, who spread itself to other tissues and roots...
      Everything is so complicated.
      P.S.
There are cultures with a healthy diet and they do not brush their teeth. They have strong, healthy good teeth.

I read something in a book by dr Atkins it explained his thinking on antibiotics. He believed that antibiotics are terribly damaging and cause a long list of sicknesses. However they also can keep you alive. At one time a large percentage died of pneumonia. Antibiotics shouldn't be given lightly because recovery from them takes far longer than most people realize. However even with the damages they're not dead. And recovery can eventually happen.

Thank you for the wealth of knowledge that can mean all the difference in quality of life while aging. As a person with no medical background whatsoever, I’ve always wished the doctors I’ve seen within the course of my life would lend some insight to what dietary & lifestyle changes I can make vrs taking medication.. I’m
not certain if it may be due to others not taking that education and putting it into action causing doctors to eventually feeling as though it’s a waste of time. I for one have been trying to learn as much as possible from reputable sources. Not trying to sell people something.
THANK YOU DOCTOR FOR TAKING THE TIME TO HELP OTHERS.

A good MD, never stops learning.
I currently 'teach' an MD - Speacilst - about this sort of thing, due to persistant adverse reactions to Pharmaceuticals.
It was the MD's decision - when they got my meds list, I heard "We don't get taught this stuff in medical school".
"You would have had between 3-4 hours, relating to alternative medicinal procedures & practices", was my reminder. The MD, 'suddenly remembered', that class.
Live, Paitients, are better teachers, than their corpses..

Very informative, eye opening and helpful information from a highly credible and educated stance. And so It becomes ever more obvious to me that “We are fearfully and wonderfully made” as human beings. What amazing faith it must take to believe otherwise.
