While the location is one of the best in Pattaya, the price of 60 USD per seems to be quite high for the room quality you get here. If the price would be around 45-50 USD per night this hotel could be good value, but it's quite rare to find that kind of price currently.

The beds are this hotel were harder then i thought theey were. and i stayed in the nicer rooms...price is worth if its below 35 USD a night..way better hotels in pattaya
