This is 1 of God's special way of humbling us in reverent awe to His holiness. Our righteousness is just a filthy rags in His sight that we have nothing to brag about. We need to acknowlege that beyond His grace n mercy we are truly nothing. We all made mistakes and been trap with satan's offers but if we repent whole heartedly God honors n pleases with 8.
