Dear God, i am very sorry for believing in this heresy and even promoting it to acquaintances and friends. Please forgive me Lord, I am also a victim of this heresy and cult. It took me a long time to admit that I was in this cult for far too long, years, because no one wants to admit they have been in a cult. It is very difficult for former ncc members to integrate well into other churches, having been so deeply brainwashed by the heresy. The effects of this heresy is far more pronounced and far reaching that imagined and even today, I am seeing more and more of the destructive effects it has had on me in my life the past 20 years.
Repent and repentance is often mentioned in both OT and NT. Easily more than 100 verses can be found mentioning that. A simple search in a Bible Dictionary or a Bible Concordance will easily show where repent is mentioned. Of course as shown in your great website and TH-cam sharing, there's too many obvious and basic bible verses that true Christ followers and believers know and obey. New Creation Church members are not Christian and have not read or understood God's truth. They know not the Gospel, nor God's Truth.

Actually this isnt about judging anyone. It is pointing out doctrinal corruption. Listening to wrong teaching repeatedly can drain the living waters of Christ out of a believer rather than building him or her up in the faith (what is faith without an outworking of that in obedience, but a form of deadness).. Our God does value a life of obedience to Him because He is good! "I will place My laws in your heart, no longer will you have a heart of stone (a stiff unyielding stubbornness) but a heart of flesh (softly tender in responsiveness to My laws/My words of life). Draw near to Me, and I will draw near you. I will be your God and you will be My people" HE said. Worship Me in Spirit AND in Truth (His Words of truths) -- Jesus said. So obedience walking out our faith remains relevant. Grace isnt the person of Jesus Himself, NOR a She-only spirit, It is the Grace of God's Salvation and the operation of His Spirit that works in our spirit to will us to do good. Living in the light of His saving Grace AND Living out our lives in partnership with Him is through Faith. So obedience to bible teachings remain a good thing to do, as long as it is an understanding obedience in response to God's heart. If we would love Him, we would keep His commandments with the softness of a ready heart throughout our lives. That all said.. Christ also taught a repentance from 'dead works'.. what is that? If not mistaken, that suggests works that do Not produce the Light of Life from His everlasting goodness is a dead work that bears no good fruit for its listeners out of His treasuries of wisdom. We all need to repent from any 'dead works' too and Id say that covers attitudes of continuous labour in our own strength only (all the "trying try and try better" type relentless striving of perfection) to achieve some public boast of it, is a form of dead works too.
It's high time that the gospel of hyper grace is being exposed for what it actually is - a false gospel with doctrines of demons. It has to be exposed to save many who are believers in it from going to hell. The exposure is not to put any one down including Joseph Prince himself but to save them! The enemy is unleashing its most potent assault against the church.
JP preached a half-truth, and many people are drawn to it. I am saddened that so many of my friends have been deceived. Honestly, I feel quite angry with them for being so easily misled. Still, I choose to pray for them.
Actually it is just a playing of semantics.... Prince say you must believe in forgiveness. However, he does not explain that 'believing' is an act of conviction by the Holy Spirit and this include repenting. His emphasis is in 'believing' for whatever his motivation, he deliberately does not clarify. Prince - does not explain - and for unbelievers who think just believe - yes they will be misled. But for anyone the Holy Spirit convicts, the person will be convicted to repent in order to believe. We see that Prince does not even bother to clarify after all these internet videos on his misleading assertions. As a responsible pastor he should clarify and not confuse. The consequence of any potential Christian being led astray by his teaching, will demand his clarification instead of his silence. In any event, he is accountable to GOD.
JP is essentially practicing new age... just use your mind devoid of obedience towards God or having a relationship with God. New Age practice is also antichrist in some ways!
It's not difficult to understand what sin is and what it takes for God to forgive our sins. In order for God to forgive our sins, we must be able to confess/acknowledge them (this takes honesty and courage). God doesn't has concern not to forgive our sins (thus, the reason of He gave us His Son, Jesus Christ to redeem our sins) IF we sincerely confessed them. However, does it end there? Obviously it's no! Because of our human sinful nature (regardless of we're baptized or not), we are highly prone to Satan's temptation to sin again everyday. Therefore, the repentance part comes into play. It serves as a reminder for us to not commit the same sins all over again, IF we truly love God/Jesus Christ. However, it's not easy and we can't do it alone without God's help. We need to continue to pray, confess our sins, repent and forgive on daily basis in order to be Christ like. God's forgiveness of our sins doesn't mean we can take it for granted and continue to repeat the same sins all over again. A good example of no repentance would be a child continues to steal sweet from the shop everyday, despite he/she apologize to his/her parents whenever he/she gets caught of doing it.
If we truly believe in Him, we would believe His Word.. all that His Holy Spirit teaches us through that. So a repentance from the inside would occur naturally for us to do as part of our conviction/recommitment to that Word. I agree the word repentance ought NOT be a 'phariseetical legalistic' or taboo pursuit in itself (but my reliance is the bible itself.. No need for persuasion from older classic preaching material for the likes of me). Grace has its place but all the made up twistings of the bible to make it all about grace is disturbingly weird and off. I can only agree it is the kindness/mercy/love of God that leads one to be cut in the heart to a genuine repentance firstly, but once saved.. we ought walk out our salvation with God in gratitude and lean in to all His given laws of holiness so we can grow from strength to strength.. from glory to glory in reflecting Him. They are getting lost who make everything about a 'mother grace' nature (teaching bible incorrectly) ultimately moving themselves away from the worship of our LORD of that grace (of salvation) through faith!! That seems to be going on a whole lot now. "Mother" grace "Mother" god/dess "mother" church/temple ?? I simply turn away and try getting others to get their eyes and ear back on the Jesus and the spirit of His Word (the bible).
