Another great review. My Gabimaru and Sagiri arrived today from Hobby Link Japan along with Lisa Lisa. All three were purchased as a direct result of watching this channel. I haven’t had a chance to open them yet, but they all look great. I’m also a big fan of S.H. Figuarts’ compact packaging, Mafex and figma boxes take up a lot of space.
I can't wait to get mine, just as soon as AmiAmi decides they wanna ship it. Lol. Oh shit, the manga is over with? Obviously, I've only seen anime and i really like it. I think you made me wanna add it to my list to read, only 13 books. Gabimaru is a great figure and can't wait for Yuzuriha, bet she'll be dope also. Great review.
I really hate that fake shoulder butterfly joint that they are using now, it all starts with Gohan from Dragon ball Super. it only looks like a butterfly joint but doesn't allow the movement it should, so why do it then? it only pops up because it isn't made for what it should.
Great review man. I really want this figure cuz she's my favorite character, but that whole waist situation just isn't doing it for me. It just looks too boxy, and I'm not digging the gappiness of the leg connection, I really think Tamashii could have worked on the engineering a little more. That said, I still might get it just because I like the character so I'll probably wait for a random price drop on Amazon. I actually managed to catch Gabimaru on pre-order for like 40 bucks on there which is insane lol.
Not sure if its just me, but the sword seems too small/short. It might be technically proportionate, but I personally would have prefered a slightly longer sword.
Those knees though, yeah, being the same as the Bleach line isn't exactly great. I remember they did a good job with Super Buu with his knee joints despite having baggy pants too.
