I love how they took Dokkan as inspriation for one of Beast's moves. Technically Dokkan took inspiration for that move from SSJ2 Teen Gohan, but it's still cool to see Dokkan influencing other DB games.
The characters look great. I just wish they gave us 1 new map like red ribbon army base from the movie. But i can’t wait to main super hero piccolo. He’s one of my faves to main!

They nerfed wild sense, and you can go into Ultimate from base, then into Beast, and base SH Gohan only requires 4 DP. If you want to start out as Beast Gohan though, it takes 9 DP, while Ultimate Gohan requires 8 DP

One of the reasons why Z Broly is so good is that he goes from 5 cost to a 9 cost character. Superhero Gohan goes from a 4 cost to a 9 cost. That’s wild.
Probably if you had the deluxe edition but I’m just assuming the pop up on the roster. The gogeta and Broly were in my roster already because I preordered and used the early access code. If you had standard you’d have to buy them in the in game store.

New characthers is Meta so now everyone will spam this characther on PVP then people will said this game online mode is just full on try hards trying to win every single time? (Not saying they are wrong) but this will basically be the same cycle lol.
@ my plan as far as SH Gohan is just to go up to Ultimate with the transformations if I were to only to use Beast I’d be no better than the grimey players who only use mui Goku and Fusions but you make a very valid point I’m hoping that the cycle will be broken given time but that’s up to everyone else I can’t make that decision for them

Then look at the DLC drops and subsequent influx of players as the “on season” where you get to put those skills to practice. I’m fully expecting everyone to pick Beast Gohan, but at least it gives me a break from the non stop Gogetas I fight lol And again, I’m particularly happy about this DLC because I’m getting a new Piccolo out of it which was seriously needed.
I feel like they improved the explosions. The only sad things is that piccolo ultimate are all makankosappo but it's a minor thing. Dlc is gonna be awesome

I love the detail of him throwing off the glasses, but I'm not a fan the disappearing and reappearing act of his cape and glasses under different circumstances. If given the option, I'll probably just have him start without them to avoid the issue.
I was hoping ultimate would get a masenko move somewhere. As it's my favourite move and form. It still looks really fun to play, though, and the other forms have it anyway.
My only discrepancies are I don’t think beast gohans ult should be a rush combo it should just be a beam. Speaking of his ult he and piccolo have the the animation but different color I get it’s the same move but there could’ve something that was changed lol
