In the secret part of this game, or mod when he was refering to there are multiple skeletons, he's refering to sans, as he has alternate universes in the fandom that are very popular. and yes, the secret level is based off of deltarune.

Nah 4k mania is harder once you figure out 6/7k
Its literally called 4k mania because the charting has to match the difficulty of 7k version.
It’s not what I would call easier but some people who aren’t good at using more than 4 keys may prefer it
