There is no real freediving license you just freedive and get experience and do research because you dont need to buy anything to start freediving. Everyting you do under water without a breating apparatus is freediving.Check out the Omer Stingray (i own them) fins and Mares Razor Pro fins, they are imo the best non carbon fiber fins out there.

these fins are waaay too hard, don’t buy them, they will burn out all your oxygen. Save your oxygen and buy softer fins. Not ideal for freediving or spearfishing at all

Hatte nach günstigen Einsteiger flossen für Apnoe gesucht .... Die sind günstig und die weichen flossenblatter sind in Ordnung. Das Gummi des Fußes ist so hart , dass ich ständig Krämpfe in den flossen habe. Davor hatte ich splittfins mit sehr weichen Fuß . im Vergleich sind die splittfins sind die longblades richtig angenehm. Geiler Vortrieb usw aber comfort ist richtig schlecht . alle 10 Minuten muss ich sie ausziehen und Fuße bewegen
