- Hello guys, welcome to my channel and to my reaction to the first episode of the first season of BETTER CALL SAUL.
Today, we start a new show here on this channel. We're looking at the prequel to the hit show Breaking Bad and follow crafty lawyer Saul Goodman's humble beginnings, back when he was still Jimmy McGill and tried to earn his money in an honest way.

One thing from Breaking Bad you may not have seen that's on TH-cam so you can react to extra footage are the official "Breaking Bad Minisodes" just filter the search to "playlists" to see them in order. Well worth it to revisit the universe on that timeline.
EDIT: Also the blooper reels from most seasons are on TH-cam!

Great show, I think you'll enjoy it. Chuck is Jimmy's brother not father. Near the end of Breaking Bad, when Walt and Saul are in the vacuum cleaner guy's shop preparing to leave with new identities, Saul says that he'll probably be managing a Cinnabon store in Nebraska, and that's where he ended up.
Ah okay, I really thought he was his dad, especially when he was telling him that he should have patience and that being a public defender is a great way to learn and stuff. That was prime dad talk for me. ^^

Clearly you need a moderator because people love to SPOIL this show. The downside for reactors.
I think you are too hard on Jimmy with that money comments, he is not that kind of guy who really does not care about other people. ( i know this sounds silly as jimmy is scamming a innocent old lady in the episode but you will see what I mean )
After watching it again, it really sounds a lot harsher than I wanted it to be. 😅
I actually think there's nothing wrong with him wanting some money, especially when he's apparently struggling to make ends meet with the few measly cases he has there and him feeling responsible for his brother in that situation.
And to be fair, I guess he did not know that it was an old lady as he probably still thought it was Betsy who drove that car.
