The Jim Henson company should release a DVD with all the Sam and friends stuff they have including the Esskay segments. Containing talk show stuff. And all the Muppet commercials they have. So we can all hush and stop harassing you. They should also have the Saturday segments
@@AleyStrap3 then way did they have clips in the documentary? literal copies. jim henson also owns sam and friends. if he didnt, he wouldnt have the videos
THIS IS SO COOL. I've only seen the performance of this from The Johnny Carson Show in 1974 on TH-cam so I'm shocked whenever I see things found like this.
i found the original film that was used, maybe I should post it. It’s in colour too, and I think it’s of this performance. The astronomy part is included
@@yorkshireball_animations Nice! Was it on Stan Warnow's Vimeo page? I was thinking about posting it myself but I didn't want to land myself into any trouble with Stan.
@@yorkshireball_animations Nice! You should post it as a part of Raymond Scott and Jim Henson history and also for anybody who wants to recreate the film themselves.

I don’t think they can release Sam and friends. It was aired on a NBC affiliate, so NBC owns it.

@@AleyStrap3 maybe you re right, i dont know. there is a sam and friends video on the jim henson company anyways
This is actually really cool, I see this version as more fascinating
This character (?) appeared on "Sesame Street" the first couple of seasons. I think it would probably scare the kids now.
