75 g sugar
75 g gluten free flour (Mix C Schär)
3 g baking powder
15 ml vegetable oil
1 pinch of salt
BASE LAYER CREAM
250 ml milk
180 g sugar
38 g vanilla pudding powder
250 g Mascarpone cheese
ORANGE JUICE CREAM LAYER
750 ml orange juice
80 g corn starch
30 g sugar
TOP LAYER
300 ml unsweetened whipped cream
50 g sugar powder
DECORATION
chocolate
chopped pistachios
