I don't fully disagree. But Mercedes is a weird one. For the 90s. They had the CLK GTR. Unarguably awesome car. 2000's the SLR. Which is great. But only exists with help from McLaren. 2010's, they didn't really have anything to complete in my opinion. Then yes 2020s they now have the amg one. Which is a monster. I think Mercedes is kinda like Lamborghini in this topic. Some decades they should qualify, and some they don't

The V10 in the Porsche definitely sounds amazing but the Lexus LFA is the best sounding car ever made. Getting in Yamaha for the acoustics was a master stroke.

There was no trinity in the 90's because both Ferrari & Porsche stopped caring about Top Speed records after both the F40 & 959 were overtaken by the 1990 Diablo, the Bugatti EB110, the Jaguar XJ220 & the Mclaren F1
BTW im gonna assume the 2000s supercar battle was won by the Carrera GT and not by the Veyron cause the Veyron was not compiting in the supercar market but it created a whole new Hypercar genre

Naaaaah bru cant put a carrera gt over an enzo. Look at what they sell for now. You ll get over a million more for an enzo and like with the great sounding f50 many people say the carrera gt looks shit. Also people dont talk so mjch a bout the Enzo because Ferrari is more out of this world for all the people. Porsche is more accessible and thats why people talk about Porsche more. Enzo was stronger faster and better looking and never had a dip in value unlike the Porsche. And yeah it sounds great but honestly mosg people who say v10s sound best say the Lexus has the best sound and many people say v12s sound even better and the Enzo is one of the best sounding V12s. In regards to people saying it's the best sounding car ever, I never bought into it. Specially for the LFA. I'm on team LP640. Ice also never heard anyone ever say the Carrera GT looks bad. Looks tame maybe. But not bad. Enzo on the other hand. I believe Jeremy Clarkson mentioned the Enzo while talking about Ferraris that don't look great. Porsche are more uptainable yes. The Carrera GT is still almost $2,000,000. The Enzo is a lot more, but a $2,000,000 car isn't uptainable.

Porsche will be shit compared to the others if is full electric. An EV hypercar cant touch a combustion one no matter how much faster it accelerates. Also it will be super heavy
I'm sure Porsche will do everything to make it handle great. But at the end of the day it's going to feel like every other ev. Other big thing, nobody is buying EV's that cost millions of dollars.
@@metalheadcarshow yeah same with rimac. Also batteries have a very limited lifetime. Once its time to change them after 10 years or so you have a huge problem. All that points to the car not beeing great at holding its value which is another downside.
