Lovely! That song has haunted me. Even Miles saw the beauty in it. Thanks!
I agree, it still holds up, a masterpiece pop song. Thanks for the comment 😎
That is a beautiful bottle tone you are using . Very well played friend
Thank you 😎
Classic song!!!!
I agree, a classic, thank you for watching 😎
It’s a good lesson, appreciate you sharing.
My only critique is the volume of your guitar, it’s difficult to hear even with headphones on.
I really appreciate the feedback. That is something that I will fix in future videos, still trying to figure out my external mic and other equipment. Thanks for the comment, cheers 😎
The Hooters were in the studio (Eric Bazilian lead guitar and Rob Hyman keyboards) 1983 , but on the Fun Tour John McCurry was her guitarist 1984-85, and on her True Colors Tour she had Rick Derringer in the US and Europe and Aldo Nova in Japan 1986-87.
I knew about the other guys but I had no idea that Aldo Nova had played with her. He is one of my favorite guitarist from that time period. Thanks for the comment 😎
Yes I watched the concert of Cyndi Lauper at the budakon in 1986 and I thought it was Rick Derringer on guitar but to my surprise the credits at the end said it was Aldo Nova.
That is really cool, love Aldo @@sherri419
In her previous band, Blue Angel(?), can’t recall name exactly, Al Ferrante played guitar for her who also played with Edgar Winter, Vicki Sue Robinson, 80’s MTV video star/ singer Fiona and was John Mayer’s first guitar teacher
Nice one
