Nice catch Brian. I like your methodical approach to clearing out clogs. Looks like you cut that copper back and put on a 1/4 turn compression angle stop. and a new flange as well... they appeared out of nowhere! Keep up the good work!
Your on a roll and we like it. I'm glad you found the "key" to your problem 😆. With all that what's 100 buck toilet at that point might shine up the place. You always gamble 🎰 with thoes water stops they tend to explode 💥. When I see one that's super crusty it gives me pause. We gotta do what we gotta do 👍
Beyond pro. Scraping the gunk, not even an expression change. I'd be making all kinds of noises and such. I guess that's why you are indeed the professional. Great job! 👏 A toilet pull too! Rare!!
Brian you should check out Wilde tools! They make some really good hand tools! And they are manufactured in the USA too! I have some of their pliers and wrenches and 6 in 1 screwdriver thats very solid!
Did restaurant maintenance and had a toilet in the woman's room that would intermittently clog. Snaked it and would be fine. After multiple clogs pulled toilet and found a gals driver license stuck sideways in the trap.
wonder what orifice that fell out of... nevermind! I don't want to know. reminds me of a long studded small jeweled piercing I found at a store doing late night maintenance. I left it on the owners desk, with a note, ""found this under edge of X cooler and I do not want to know what orifice it fell out of" 🥳 it was 100% a naughty zone piercing. 🤡
They overcharge like that because the hvac guys use the higher price and that way it seems like they did more work. Imagine if you get charged 100$ for someone to change a 40 cent part that takes 5 min
"as long as I don't hit no roots", always assume there's roots 🤣 pvc of some sort or older junk. ROOTS! even perfect PVC to the main sewer? ROOTS where it enters and they'll grow out around and back up the pipe.
Dude you gotta let the cable do the work. Pull out 10-12 inches then let the cable work itself into the drain you’ll be able to feel it hitting a turn or that tee where the vent is you’re jamming it in the line to fast.
You really should think about a better way to earn a living other then cleaning up someone’s crap 🤮anyway it was a lessons learned for grandson watching with me. This is what happens when you don’t go to school 🤣🤣 Great vid keep em coming 👏👏

the list of items found in toilets (best was a child's tea cup or soda can), drains and disposals i think might be endless.
It definitely is! 😂
I was waiting for the snake to come out of the tub and end up in his ear.😅

Great job. I do windows and doors, plumbing is not my thing. What would it normally cost to do a service call like that?
Anything from $80 to $350 to the moon it's hard to judge cus the bigger companies always have a minimum
Good job bro 💯💯💯
Thank you!!!

Yea makes sense
I stuck a swivel head on my snake just for this reason. The extra weight and swivel tends to drop down instead of climbing.
Do they make it for my snake?
Today, turd chaser. Tomorrow, we shall see. Hey, wondering if comments help you, if it's just a smiley face or any comments. Thanks for video 😁
Thanks bro

Yep that's why I like to ask I talked to the landlord and he said he didn't have problems with roots there

That must be why I’ve never gone up a vent. I do 12” and let the machine do the pushing
The whole thing felt weird prob cus I was hitting it wrong
