I'm surprised but also delighted that clare don't get a mention when discussing which team is best placed to take on limerick. Clare burned out last year after putting a big effort in from the league. They treated the league like a warm up this year. I think it'll be a different story come championship in Lohans fourth year. He has strengthened well
Great stuff lads! Really enjoy the show. I think it should be said that Galway and Clare are obviously preparing for championship. It’ll be interesting to see how much ground they make up. I don’t think Cork will be a factor this year. Waterford will not qualify

Absolutely, I'm fed up with people declaring that hurling is dead and bemoaning the natural evolution of the game
Paul Shelly should be in that top 5 of players who mastered two positions
Regarding the hand passing discussion, yes I agree banning it completely is an over reaction.....but.....watching teams consistently working it out from defense with 4 or 5 hand passes in a row to eventually create a scoring chance further up the field is not entertaining imo, not in the spirit of the game and hurling is in danger of becoming boring like gaelic football where striking the sliotar is just as rare as a footballer kicking the football.
So what is the solution? perhaps if you receive a hand pass then you can't give one? or you ban the Will O'Donoghue over the head hand pass and the pass must always be below shoulder height? or maybe just 2 hand passes in a row are allowed? this should give players a chance to get clean out of corners / rucks.
It seems to me that traditionalists are reluctant for change or to even discuss possible changes for the improvement of the spectacle.

@Seamus Hughes the only time limerick are vulnerable is 1st game in munster or all ireland semi if galway meet limerick in semi I'd give them a good chance but in an all ireland final no chance
