- In this video, I install Spyder brand Headlights and Fog Lights in my 2002 Lexus IS300. Both are black housing and it came out looking a million times better than the stock chrome headlights and fog lights. Don’t forget to like and subscribe!

What size wheel and offset are those wheels?
i hope you sealed the headlamps before installing them because usually new headlitghts tend to be not sealed properly
How do you seal them up ? I recently purchase a is300 and the previous owner put brand new headlights but I realize that they’re a gap between the plastic and seal in the headlight

I just painted my factory ones the look the same and it was only like 15$ of paint and a bit of time. You can get smoked fog lights as well.
I’ve done that before to my previous IS300’s. Takes a lot of time to get them perfect. Plus I like being as clean as possible

What does swapping the ballast do? I keep seeing people do that in these headlight videos. What does it mean? Why do you have to do it?
Ballast always tend to go bad and have to replace, a lot of people switch to led for brighter clearer light and you get get rid of ballast because it’s no longer needed

Do they keep the auto adjust?
Yes you can swap all the lights, ballast and leveling motors over to the new headlight
@@camsprouse317 Thank you! just disassembled everything yesterday for my son and we changed out the bulb and then figured since the new bulb didn't work that it is likely the ballast.

Bro it's called eBay or Amazon
Those are not Denso headlights, they don't make a black housing set. They make a dark chrome version but those are just ebay specials. Looks fine, but not fooling anyone
