The first handy cap buses in history since l remember since 1981 and 1982 until the earlier 1990s they were like remastered as an overhaul these should last a lifetime but unfortunately not many older passengers could not walk up and down on the 3 steps, Now a newer fleet of different groups requires a one step to get on and off too!

What a nice review ! These 1996 RTS' were the first excellent Series 50 powered RTS and out of Novabus Co. Plus, since my immigration in 2007 these were my first RTS' I rode on the B17 from East New York Depot northbound when I used to live in Canarsie. And my favorite experiences with these was in 2009, and riding my uncle's B7 service when he used to be a bus operator out of East New York Depot. I wish the B7 stays dispatched out of ENY, but Fresh Pond takes their speed chances on Kings Hwy besides the B82 integration. 9048 was my favorite virtually, because it had received a Series 50 EGR after it's fire recovery. The air starters were so dramatic which increased the RTS' value to be a clingy fighter to the 1999 units. Excellent work Brian, and great contribution to Clayson and Luis😁.
